MiTek has decided to transfer its U.S. Mezzanine Systems business to Steele Solutions Inc. (SSI) a Milwaukee-based leader in steel work platforms. This strategic move addresses market challenges and ensures the business’s sustained growth and success.

This change will not impact MiTek’s operations in Europe. Our teams in the UK and Germany remain dedicated to delivering the exceptional service and support our customers rely on.

We are pleased to announce that Steele Solutions and MiTek have reached an agreement in which Steele Solutions will acquire substantially all of the assets of the MiTek Mezzanine North American business. As part of this, the MiTek Waupaca, WI operations and New Berlin, WI office personnel will transition to Steele Solutions. This deal will close and be effective on January 1, 2025.

SSI is an experienced partner in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of steel platforms and industrial chutes. This move will drive innovation and expand capacity for customers, adding to SSI’s manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, and Tiffin, Ohio.

We want to assure you that this transition will not affect MiTek’s business operations in Europe. The MiTek commitment to serving our customers in Europe remains strong, and we will continue to provide the same high level of service and support you have come to expect from MiTek.
