The MiTek team is excited to be exhibiting once again at MODEX, one of North America’s leading material handling and logistics shows.
Taking place on 11-14 March at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, MODEX 2024 will allow visitors to experience the solutions of over 1,000 leading suppliers. MiTek’s booth (B2223) will feature a two-storey mezzanine design with high handrail on the upper floor and no need for bracing. Visitors will be able to meet MiTek’s project management and design experts to understand the company’s latest technologies and processes. “Chatting with our team at the show,” says Mike Stearns, Sales Director, Mezzanine Solutions for MiTek Inc, “will give visitors a deeper understanding of how we can customize our solutions to fit their requirements precisely.”
MODEX 2024 is organised by MHI (Material Handling Industry), the USA’s largest material handling, logistics and supply chain association. “The exhibition offers a unique, vibrant environment for learning and networking,” says Mike Stearns. “MiTek is a member of MHI and has exhibited at MODEX since the show was launched in 2012.”
MHI also organises ProMat, the other leading exhibition for the logistics industry in North America. The history of ProMat goes back further, originally being established as the National Material Handling Show in 1948. The event was rebranded as ProMat – which evolved from the slogan ‘Productivity through Material Handling’ – in 1985.
In 2012, MHI launched MODEX in recognition of the fact that the industry was becoming more global. MODEX is held in even-numbered years in Atlanta, while ProMat takes place in odd-numbered years in Chicago. “With a significant geographical distance between the two shows,” explains Mike Stearns, “each is able to attract both a diverse exhibitor base and a strong footfall. We very much look forward to welcoming everyone to the MiTek booth at MODEX 2024.”
